Quick answers and guides for getting the most out of Meetzen.
You can sign in with Google in one tap, or use a one-time code or magic link sent to your email. No password required.
Pick a category and duration, click "Match me now", and we'll pair you with another focused person in under 30 seconds based on session type and timezone.
Two people work silently together over video. You see each other working, which builds accountability and helps your brain settle into focus — especially helpful for ADHD.
A camera is recommended (that's the whole point of body doubling), but you can also join in audio-only or viewer mode if your camera is unavailable.
From your dashboard or the Rooms page, click "+ New room", set a title, category, capacity, and duration, then share the invite link.
Inside a room, click the "Invite" button at the top — your invite link is copied to the clipboard. Send it via any channel.
Focus Mode dims the chrome (sidebar, top bar, tools) and goes fullscreen so only video tiles and the timer remain visible. Click "Focus Mode" again to exit.
In the right rail, switch to the Polls tab and click "+ New poll". Anyone in the room can vote; results show live with bars and percentages.
Open the Reminders tab in a room and add a time + label. You'll see a chip showing how soon it's due (e.g. "in 5 min"). Reminders are personal — only you see your list.
3 sessions per week, 25-minute Pomodoros, public rooms, streaks, and XP. Forever.
Unlimited sessions, 50 and 90-minute deep work sessions, advanced matching, full analytics, calendar sync, and focus music. $20/year.
14-day refund, no questions asked. Contact us via the Contact page and we'll process it.
Yes — on the Pricing page choose the "Pay in INR (Razorpay)" button for any plan. Local taxes are added at checkout.
Check your browser permissions — Meetzen needs both. In Chrome: click the lock icon in the address bar → Site settings → enable Camera and Microphone. Reload the room afterward.
Make sure their microphone is unmuted (mic button in the controls should be green, not red). Also check that your system audio output isn't muted.
WebRTC needs a stable connection. Try moving closer to your router, closing bandwidth-heavy tabs, or switching from VPN to a direct connection.
Click the room link again to rejoin — your session resumes if the room is still live. If you were removed by a moderator, you'll see a notice.
